Resolver Sensor Harness

WARNING:
The hybrid system includes a high voltage circuit. Mishandling could cause accidents such as electric shock or leak. Always check "WARNING (HYBRID SYSTEM)" and perform the proper operation. Ref. to PRECAUTION/WARNING>Warning (HYBRID SYSTEM)

- Disconnect the ground terminal from battery. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Remove the service disconnect plug. Ref. to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>SERVICE PLUG>REMOVAL
.WARNING: After removal of the service disconnect plug, the condenser inside the inverter still has been charged to a high voltage. Wait for at least 10 minutes before handling the high voltage components, wiring, terminals or connectors.
- Remove the propeller shaft. Ref. to DRIVE SHAFT SYSTEM>PROPELLER SHAFT>REMOVAL .
- Remove the floor under protector RH. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FLOOR UNDER PROTECTOR>REMOVAL .
- Use the transmission jack and lower the inverter with converter assembly to a position where the resolver sensor harness can be removed. Ref. to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>INVERTER AND CONVERTER ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL
.NOTE: Perform only the work necessary to lower the inverter with converter assembly.
- Remove the cord cover clips.
- Disconnect the resolver sensor harness from the inhibitor harness connector.
- Remove the bolt and clip (A) shown in the figure, and remove the resolver sensor harness.
