N Range Position Adjustment

Release the shift lock using a screwdriver, etc. and shift the select lever to the "N" range.

Remove the inhibitor cover.

Loosen the bolts holding the inhibitor switch.

Align the projection on the nut stopper with the marking line (A) on the switch body.

Tighten the bolts fastening the inhibitor switch in the sequence shown by the numbers in the figure.
Tightening torque:

13 N.m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)

Install the inhibitor cover.
Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
