Charging Inlet

WARNING:
The hybrid system includes a high voltage circuit. Mishandling could cause accidents such as electric shock or leak. Refer to PRECAUTION/WARNING>Warning (HYBRID SYSTEM)

CAUTION:
Airbag system satellite safing sensor is located under the front center of the rear seat cushion. Be careful not to apply strong impact to the sensor when working with the rear seat cushion removed.
- Install the cable EV charger lock assembly.WARNING: Be sure to wear insulated gloves.CAUTION: Make sure the connector is connected securely.
Tightening torque:
7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
- Install the bumper face - rear. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR BUMPER>INSTALLATION .
- Install the charge lid lock with motor assembly and the saucer SUB-assembly. Refer to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>CHARGE INLET>INSTALLATION>CHARGING INLET DOOR .
- Remove the duct assembly - cooling out LH. Refer to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM>INSTALLATION>REAR DUCT .
- Install the battery cooling blower assembly LH. Refer to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM>INSTALLATION>COOLING BLOWER .
- Install the duct - battery cooling blower LH. Refer to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM>INSTALLATION>FRONT DUCT .
- Install the trim panel - rear apron LH. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR QUARTER TRIM>INSTALLATION .
- Install the rear seat cushion assembly. Refer to SEATS>REAR SEAT>INSTALLATION .
- Install the service disconnect plug. Refer to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>SERVICE PLUG>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the battery ground terminal. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
