- CHARGE LID LOCK WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
- Check operation
- Check the operation when battery voltage is applied to the connector terminal.
Terminal No. Inspection conditions Specification 1 (+) - 2 (-) Apply battery voltage. The shaft operates. - Check the shaft stroke (b) when lever (a) is operated.
Measurement range Inspection conditions Standard Shaft stroke When lever is operated 11 mm - Replace the charge lid lock with motor assembly if it is found to be defective.

- PUSH-LIFTER SWITCH
- Inspect the resistance
- Measure the resistance between connector terminals.
Preparation tool:
Circuit tester
Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard 1 - 5 When the lifter is not pressed in (OFF) 10 kΩ or more 1 - 5 When the lifter is pressed in (ON) Less than 1 Ω 2 - 4 When the lifter is not pressed in (OFF) Less than 1 Ω 2 - 4 When the lifter is pressed in (ON) 10 kΩ or more - Replace the EV charger lid switch assembly if the inspection result is not within the standard value.
- Measure the resistance between connector terminals.
- Inspect the resistance
- LID SWITCH
- Check the charging connector lock/unlock switch.
- Measure the resistance between connector terminals.

Circuit tester
Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard 2 - 4 When the lock/unlock switch is pressed Less than 50 Ω When the lock/unlock switch is not pressed 10 kΩ or more - Replace the EV charger lid switch assembly if the inspection result is not within the standard value.
- Measure the resistance between connector terminals.
- Check illumination of the charging inlet light.
- Check the charging connector lock/unlock switch.
