Throttle Body: Installation

- Connect the preheater hose.
- Install the preheater hose to the intake manifold assembly.
- Install the collector cover. Refer to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>COLLECTOR COVER>INSTALLATION .
- Place a new gasket and install the throttle body.
Tightening torque:
8 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)
- Connect the connector and preheater hose.
- Install the air intake boot. Refer to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>AIR INTAKE BOOT>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the battery ground terminal. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Fill engine coolant. (Engine side) Refer to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT>ENGINE SIDE .
