Purge Control Solenoid Valve: Installation

Connect the vacuum hose to the purge control solenoid valve.
Install the purge control solenoid valve bracket.
Tightening torque:

12 N.m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.9 ft-lb)

Install the purge control solenoid valve.
Tightening torque:

6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

Connect the vacuum hose (D) to the intake manifold assembly, and install the vacuum hose (D) to the clip (E).
Connect the purge hose (C).
Connect the connector (A), and secure the engine wiring harness with the clip (B).

Install the air intake boot. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>AIR INTAKE BOOT>INSTALLATION .
Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
