Electric Vent Solenoid Valve Assembly: Removal

  1. Open the fuel filler lid and remove the fuel filler cap.
  2. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  3. Disconnect the connector (A).
  4. Disconnect the vent tube No. 2 (B) and vent tube No. 3 (C). Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO (HEV))>FUEL DELIVERY AND EVAPORATION LINES>REMOVAL>QUICK CONNECTOR DISCONNECTION (TYPE H) .

  5. Remove the electric vent solenoid valve assembly.

  6. Remove the bracket from the electric vent solenoid valve assembly.
NOTE: The electric vent solenoid valve assembly cannot be disassembled.
