Clutch Pedal: Disassembly

- Disconnect the clutch pipe.
- Remove the clutch damper mounting nut, and disconnect the clutch pipe from the clamp.
- Remove the clutch switches.
- Remove the clip and pull out the clevis pin.
- Remove the master cylinder.NOTE: Secure the push rod with a tape etc. to prevent it from falling off.
- Remove the assist pin, bushing A, assist rod A, clip, assist bushing A, assist spring, assist rod B and assist bushing B.
- Remove the clutch pedal.
- Remove the pedal bushing, spacer, bushing A, clutch pedal stopper and clutch pedal pad.
- Remove the brake pedal.
- Remove the pedal bushing, spacer, brake pedal stopper and brake pedal pad.
