Clutch Pedal: Disassembly

  1. Disconnect the clutch pipe.

  2. Remove the clutch damper mounting nut, and disconnect the clutch pipe from the clamp.

  3. Remove the clutch switches.
  4. Remove the clip and pull out the clevis pin.

  5. Remove the master cylinder.
    NOTE: Secure the push rod with a tape etc. to prevent it from falling off.

  6. Remove the assist pin, bushing A, assist rod A, clip, assist bushing A, assist spring, assist rod B and assist bushing B.

  7. Remove the clutch pedal.

  8. Remove the pedal bushing, spacer, bushing A, clutch pedal stopper and clutch pedal pad.

  9. Remove the brake pedal.

  10. Remove the pedal bushing, spacer, brake pedal stopper and brake pedal pad.
