Clutch Pedal: Assembly

Attach the brake pedal pad, brake pedal stopper, spacer and pedal bushing.
CAUTION: Before installing the pedal bushing and spacer, clean the sliding surface and apply grease.

Install the brake pedal.
Tightening torque:

30 N.m (3.1 kgf-m, 22.1 ft-lb)

Install the clutch pedal pad, clutch pedal stopper, bushing A, spacer and pedal bushing.
CAUTION: Before installing the pedal bushing and spacer, clean the sliding surface and apply grease.

Install the clutch pedal.
Tightening torque:

30 N.m (3.1 kgf-m, 22.1 ft-lb)

Install the assist bushing B, assist rod B, assist spring, assist bushing A, clip, assist rod A, bushing A and assist pin.
CAUTION: Apply grease to the assist bushing B, assist rod B, assist spring seating surface, assist bushing A, assist rod A, and bushing A.

Install the master cylinder.
NOTE: Secure the push rod with a tape etc. to prevent it from falling off.

Tightening torque:

18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

Secure the clevis pin with mounting clip.
CAUTION: Always use a new clevis pin.

NOTE: Before installing the clevis pin, apply grease.

Install the clutch switch.
Install the clutch pipe to the clamp.
Install the clutch damper, and install the clutch pipe to the master cylinder.
Tightening torque:

T1: 15 N.m (1.5 kgf-m, 11.1 ft-lb)

T2: 18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)
