Inspection When Radiator Fans Do Not Rotate (D)

CHECK MAIN FAN RELAY 2 .
1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
2. Remove the main fan relay 2. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>RADIATOR FAN RELAY>LOCATION .
3. Perform unit check for the main fan relay 2. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>RADIATOR FAN RELAY>INSPECTION .
Is the main fan relay 2 OK?

Yes : Go to 2.

No
1. Replace the main fan relay 2.
2. Restore the vehicle to its original state.
CONTINUITY CHECK OF HARNESS BETWEEN MAIN FAN RELAY 1 AND MAIN FAN RELAY 2 .
1. Remove the main fan relay 1. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>RADIATOR FAN RELAY>LOCATION .
2. Check continuity of harness between the main fan relay 1 and the main fan relay 2.
Is there continuity?

Yes
1. Repair the harness between the main fan relay 2 and the chassis ground.
2. Restore the vehicle to its original state.
No
1. Repair the harness between the main fan relay 1 and the main fan relay 2.
2. Restore the vehicle to its original state.
