- CHECK THE CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

Check the condenser assembly. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>CONDENSER>INSPECTION .
Is the condenser assembly normal?
Yes : Go to 2.
No : Clean or replace the condenser assembly.
- CHECK RADIATOR FAN
.
Check the radiator fan system. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>RADIATOR FAN SYSTEM .
Is radiator fan system normal?
Yes : Go to 3.
No : Repair the radiator fan system or replace the faulty parts.
- FILL PROPER AMOUNT OF REFRIGERANT
.
Drain all refrigerant, and refill proper amount of refrigerant.
- Recovery: Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>REFRIGERANT RECOVERY PROCEDURE>PROCEDURE .
- Fill: Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>REFRIGERANT CHARGING PROCEDURE>PROCEDURE .
Is refrigerant pressure within the standard value?
Yes : Refrigerant pressure is normal.
No : Check the high-pressure hose and condenser assembly for kinks or clogging, and replace if defective.
