A/C Pipe

CAUTION:

Replace the O-rings with new parts, and then apply compressor oil to install completely.
If the hose and pipe has been replaced, add an appropriate amount of compressor oil to the compressor. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>COMPRESSOR OIL>ADJUSTMENT .
When connecting pipes, do not apply an excessive force to them. After installation, check that the pipes are not damaged.

Install the pipe - sensor.
1. Install the pipe - sensor.
  Tightening torque:
  
  7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
2. Install the battery cable assembly. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DO (HEV))>BATTERY CABLE ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
3. Install the engine harness bracket.
4. Connect the connector and harness of the main fuse box.
5. Connect the upper connector of the engine control module (ECM). Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO (HEV))>ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM)>INSTALLATION .
6. Install the bracket - HV air conditioning wire
  Tightening torque:
  
  7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
7. Connect the connector of the pressure sensor.
Install the pipe - return assembly. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>HOSE AND PIPE>INSTALLATION>RETURN PIPE .
Install the hose - pressure suction discharge. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>HOSE AND PIPE>INSTALLATION>HIGH-PRESSURE HOSE .
Install the radiator assembly. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>RADIATOR>INSTALLATION .
Install the bumper face - front. (Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT BUMPER>INSTALLATION .
Install the battery and battery tray. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DO (HEV))>BATTERY>INSTALLATION .
Charge refrigerant. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>REFRIGERANT CHARGING PROCEDURE>PROCEDURE .
