Transmission Rear Crossmember And Rear Cushion Rubber

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from 12V engine restart battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Lift up the vehicle.
  3. Remove the rear exhaust pipe. Refer to EXHAUST (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>REAR EXHAUST PIPE>REMOVAL .
  4. Set the transmission jack under the transmission. Make sure that the support plate of transmission jack does not touch the oil pan.
  5. Remove the transmission rear crossmember.

  6. Remove the rear cushion rubber.
