How To Troubleshoot

  1. Bring in the car
  2. Basic inspection
    1. Basic inspection
      1. Inspect the battery voltage.

        Voltage: 11 to 14V (when the engine is stopped) 

  3. Symptom table
    1. Symptom table (Refer to SYMPTOM TABLE )
    RESULT DESCRIPTION

    Result Go to
    Not applicable to the symptom table. A
    Applicable to the symptom table. B

    A: Go to next step

    B: Go to Step 5.

  4. Perform troubleshooting with the method below based on malfunctions.
    1. ECM terminal arrangement (Refer to ECM TERMINAL ARRANGEMENT )
  5. Adjustment, repair, or replacement
