PCV Connector: Removal

- Remove the collector cover. Refer to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (EXCEPT FOR STI)>COLLECTOR COVER>REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Refer to NOTE>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Drain engine coolant. Refer to COOLING (EXCEPT FOR STI)>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
- Remove the PCV pipe assembly. Refer to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (EXCEPT FOR STI)>PCV PIPE>REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the preheater hose from the PCV connector, and remove the PCV connector from the cylinder block LH.
