- Detect the malfunction of lock-up fluid pressure control solenoid, and hydraulic circuit, or drive circuit characteristics (stuck to high pressure side).
- Judge as NG if the deviation between engine speed and primary pulley speed becomes less than the predetermined value, even though the lock-up command is not issued.
