Unit Inspection

  1. Inspection of the separate type front seat cushion pad LH (seat cushion heater)
    1. Measure the resistance according to the following chart.
    STANDARD VALUE SPECIFICATION - RESISTANCE

    Inspection terminals Inspection conditions Standard value
    A-1 - B-1 Always Less than 1 Ω
    A-2 - A-3 Always 3.21 to 3.85 Ω
    A-2 - B-2 Always 3.21 to 3.85 Ω
    A-3 - B-2 Always Less than 1 Ω

  2. Inspection of the separate type front seat cushion pad RH (seat cushion heater)
    1. Measure the resistance according to the following chart.
    STANDARD VALUE SPECIFICATION - RESISTANCE

    Inspection terminals Inspection conditions Standard value
    A-1 - B-1 Always Less than 1 Ω
    A-2 - A-3 Always 3.21 to 3.85 Ω
    A-2 - B-2 Always 3.21 to 3.85 Ω
    A-3 - B-2 Always Less than 1 Ω
