Engine Intake System (Induction) And Turbocharger: Intercooler: Removal

  1. Slide the spring of the intake duct No. 2 to release the lock.

  2. Remove the bolts securing the intercooler from the throttle body.

  3. Remove the bolts securing the intercooler from the intercooler stay RH and the intercooler stay LH.

  4. Remove the intercooler stay RH from the intake manifold assembly.

  5. Remove the intercooler and intake duct No. 3 as a unit.

  6. Remove the bolts which secure the vacuum pipe assembly stay, and remove the intercooler stay LH.
