CVTF Cooler Pipe No. 2 (Model With CVTF Cooler (Air Cool))

CAUTION:

Vehicle components are extremely hot immediately after driving. Be wary of receiving burns from heated parts.
If CVTF spills over the exhaust pipe, completely wipe it off to avoid emitting smoke and causing a fire.
When removing the CVTF cooler pipe No. 2 on the vehicle side, be careful not to bend the pipe front.

Disconnect the ground cable from battery. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
Remove the center exhaust pipe (rear). Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DOTC)>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE>REMOVAL .
Remove the CVTF CVT inlet hose and CVTF CVT outlet hose.

Disconnect the harness connector from the sensor assembly pressure.

Disconnect the connector (A) and connector (B) in numerical order as shown in the figure.
Disconnect the connector (C), and remove the engine wiring harness from the clip (D).

Disengage the claw (A) which holds the battery cable to the bracket, and disengage the claw (B) which holds the engine wiring harness.

Remove the battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DOTC)>BATTERY>REMOVAL .
Remove the bumper face front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT BUMPER>REMOVAL>BUMPER FACE .
Remove the air guide LH.

Remove the CVTF cooler (air cool) inlet hose and the CVTF cooler (air cool) outlet hose.

Detach the pipe front from the clip.
