Inspection Using Can Diagnostic

  1. CHECK BODY INTEGRATED UNIT REGISTRATION STATUS  .

    Check that settings of body integrated unit correspond to vehicle equipment. Ref. to BODY CONTROL SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)>Registration Body Integrated Unit

    Does the vehicle equipment correspond to settings?

    Yes: Go to  2

    No: Match the settings of the body integrated unit with the vehicle equipment.

  2. CHECK BODY INTEGRATED UNIT CUSTOMIZE SETTING  .

    Check that settings of body integrated unit correspond to vehicle condition. Ref. to BODY CONTROL SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)>User Customizing

    Do the customize settings correspond to the vehicle condition?

    Yes: Go to  3

    No: Match the settings of the body integrated unit with the vehicle condition.

  3. CHECK FACTORY INITIAL SETTING OF BODY INTEGRATED UNIT  .

    Confirm «Factory initial setting» of body integrated unit registrations is set to «Market». Ref. to BODY CONTROL SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)>Registration Body Integrated Unit

    Is it set to «Market»?

    Yes: In the Basic Diagnostic Procedure, Go to Step  4.

    No: Switch from «Factory» to «Market».
