Rear Vent Door Actuator: Removal

CAUTION: Before handling the airbag system components, refer to "CAUTION" of "General Description" in "AIRBAG SYSTEM". Ref. to CAUTION , General Description.
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery sensor, and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Ref. to BATTERY
    NOTE: Repair Contents.
  2. Remove the instrument panel assembly and the beam COMPL - steering. Ref. to REMOVAL , Instrument Panel Assembly.
  3. Remove the duct - foot assist.
    1. Turn over the floor carpet and remove the slide lock of the duct - rear heater.
    2. Remove the screws, and remove the duct - foot assist.

  4. Remove the screws and remove the motor assembly - rear heater.
