Water Pipe Assembly RH

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Set the water pipe assembly RH on the engine, and connect the water pipe hose RH (C) to the oil pan upper.
  2. Install the bolt (D) which secures the water pipe assembly RH to the cylinder head RH.
  3. Install the bolt (B) securing the water pipe assembly RH to the cam carrier RH, and connect the engine coolant hose (A) to the water pipe assembly RH.

    Tightening torque: 

    6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

  4. Install the front exhaust pipe. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Front Exhaust Pipe.
  5. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to BATTERY
    NOTE: Repair Contents.
  6. Fill engine coolant. Ref. to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant.
