Water Pipe Assembly LH

Connect the water pipe hose LH, and install the bolt to the water pipe assembly LH.
Tightening torque:

6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

Lower the engine unit to install the bolt to the water pipe assembly LH.
Tightening torque:

6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

Install the transmission mounting bracket LH, and install the bolts and nuts to the transmission mounting bracket LH.
Tightening torque:

T1: 45 N.m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb)

T2: 75 N.m (7.6 kgf-m, 55.3 ft-lb)>

Install the bolts and nuts that connect the front mounting bracket and engine mounting bracket.
Tightening torque:

45 N.m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb)

Install the nuts to the transmission mounting bracket RH.
Tightening torque:

45 N.m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb)

Remove the lifting device and wire ropes.

Remove the ST1 and ST2 from the engine unit.

Connect the water pipe (C), heater outlet hose (B) and heater inlet hose (A).

Install the universal joint. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Universal Joint.
Install the air intake boot. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Boot.
Install the air intake duct. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Duct.
Install the V-belt cover.
Tightening torque:

7 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 5.2 ft-lb)

Lift up the vehicle.
Install the front exhaust pipe. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Front Exhaust Pipe.
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to BATTERY
NOTE: Repair Contents.
Fill engine coolant. Ref. to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant.
Set the front hood to the normal position. Ref. to FRONT HOOD DAMPER STAY
NOTE: Repair Contents.
