EGR Pipe: Removal

  1. Remove the clip (A), and loosen the clamps (B) and (C) securing the air intake boot.

  2. Remove the air intake boot from the air cleaner case (rear) and throttle body, and move it to the left side wheel apron.

  3. Remove the bolts securing the throttle body to the intake manifold assembly, and tilt the throttle body to the rear side of vehicle.

  4. Remove the bolts securing the EGR pipe to the intake manifold assembly and EGR control valve, and remove the EGR pipe.
