Air Cleaner Case: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to BATTERY
    NOTE: Repair Contents.
  2. Remove the air cleaner element. Ref. to REMOVAL , Air Cleaner Element.
  3. Remove the bolts securing the air cleaner case (front) to the vehicle body.
  4. Remove the air cleaner case (front).
    NOTE: The protrusion of the air cleaner case (front) is inserted in the cushion of the air cleaner case bracket.

  5. Remove the air cleaner case bracket from the vehicle.
