EGR Pipe A

Temporarily attach the EGR pipe A to the cylinder head and the EGR control valve.
NOTE: Use a new gasket.
Tighten the bolts securing the EGR pipe A to the EGR control valve.
Tightening torque:

6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
Lift up the vehicle.
Tighten the bolts securing the EGR pipe A to the cylinder head.
Tightening torque:

6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
Install the under cover. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Front Under Cover.>
Lower the vehicle.
Install the air intake boot. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Boot.>
Install the collector cover.
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. <Ref. to BATTERY , NOTE, Repair Contents.>
