DTC C1821 Brake Temperature Abnormal: Trouble symptom

Hill descent control does not operate. (Model with X mode)

1. CHECK DTC. 
   1. Connect all connectors.
   2. Read the DTC. Ref. to BRAKE CONTROL (DIAGNOSTICS)>Read Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) .

   Is the DTC a current malfunction?

   • Yes  : Stop the vehicle and turn off the engine until the DTC becomes a past malfunction.
   • No  : It results from a temporal increase in brake temperature. Check the brake pads, disc rotors, and brake fluid.
