Section 8 (Engine Cooling System (WRX-STI)): Thermostat: Removal

Drain engine coolant. < Ref. to DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant. >
Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from thermostat cover.

Remove the thermostat cover, and then remove the gasket and thermostat.
