Before performing the diagnosis, check the following items which may cause problems relating the wiper or light.

Check the battery. < Ref. to INSPECTION , Battery. > < Ref. to INSPECTION , Battery. >
Check the fuse condition. < Ref. to RELAY AND FUSE . >
Check the connecting condition of harness and harness connector.
