Does the resistance between either two points show 1 MΩ or less? | Go to step 4 . | Go to step 5 . |
4 CHECK DRIVE MOTOR.

Does the resistance between either two points show 1 MΩ or less? | Replace the drive motor assembly. < Ref. to appropriate DRIVE MOTOR ASSEMBLY in Continuously Variable Transmission TH58A article.> | Repair the short circuit to ground in harness between DMCM connector and drive motor assembly connector. |
5 CHECK HARNESS.

Does the resistance between either two points show 1 MΩ or more? | Go to step 6 . | Repair the short circuit of harness between DMCM connector and drive motor assembly connector, or repair the intermediate connector. |
6 CHECK HARNESS.
