Circuit description

Shift position is detected by inputting the signal from the neutral start switch ASSY to the transmission control computer ASSY. Engine can start only when the select lever is in P or N position.

  1. Transmission revolution sensor (SP2) in normal condition and vehicle speed 30 km/h {19 MPH} or more Learning control is not prohibited.
  2. All contacts of shift positions P, R, N, and D turned to OFF
  3. Continuing 30 seconds
  4. 2 trips
  • Neutral start switch ASSY
  • Wiring harness and connector
  • Transmission control computer ASSY

  1. Learning control is not prohibited.
  2. 2 or more shift position switches turned to ON
  3. Continuing 10 seconds
  4. 1 trips
