Blower Motor Does Not Rotate: Wiring Diagram

1 CHECK FUSE.

Is any fuse blown out? | Replace the fuse. | Go to step 2 . |
2 CHECK POWER SUPPLY OF BLOWER MOTOR RELAY.

Is the voltage 10 V or more? | Go to step 3 . | Repair the open circuit of blower motor power supply line harness. |
3 CHECK BLOWER MOTOR RELAY.
|
Is the resistance less than 1 Ω? | Go to step 4 . | Replace the blower motor relay. |
4 CHECK HARNESS.
|
Is the resistance less than 1 Ω? | Go to step 5 . | Repair or replace the harness. |
5 CHECK BLOWER MOTOR POWER SUPPLY.
|
Is the voltage 10 V or more? | Go to step 6 . | Repair or replace the harness between relay and the blower motor. |
6 CHECK BLOWER MOTOR.

Does the blower motor run? | Go to step 7 . | Replace the blower motor. < Refer to REMOVAL , Blower Motor. > |
7 CHECK HARNESS.

Is the resistance less than 1 Ω? | Go to step 8 . | Repair or replace the harness. |
8 CHECK FAN CONTROL SIGNAL.

Is the voltage approx. 10 V at 1st and approx. 1 V at 7th? | Replace the power transistor. < Refer to REMOVAL , Power Transistor (Auto A/C Model). > | Go to step 9 . |
| 9 CHECK FOR POOR CONTACT. Check poor contact of auto A/C control module connector. |
Is there poor contact of connector? | Repair the connector. | Replace the auto A/C control module. < Refer to REMOVAL , Control Unit (Auto A/C Model). > |
