Secondary air pump Operating
Combination valve Bank open (Except with both banks closed)
Combination valve one side closed pulse diagnosis   
Estimate ambient temperature ≥ 4.4 °C
Battery voltage ≥ 10.9 V
Barometric pressure ≥ 75 kPa (563 mmHg, 22.2 inHg)
