1 CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN ECM AND OIL CONTROL SOLENOID LH CONNECTOR.

Is the resistance less than 1 Ω? | Go to step 2 . | Repair the harness and connector.
NOTE:
In this case, repair the following item:

| 2 CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN ECM AND OIL CONTROL SOLENOID LH CONNECTOR. Measure the resistance between ECM and chassis ground. Connector & terminal (B134) No. 17 - Chassis ground: (B134) No. 16 - Chassis ground: |
Is the resistance 1 MΩ or more? | Go to step 3 . | Repair the short circuit to ground in harness between ECM and oil control solenoid LH connector. |

Is the resistance 6 - 12 Ω? | Repair the poor contact of ECM and oil control solenoid LH connector. | Replace the oil control solenoid LH. < Refer to OIL CONTROL SOLENOID . > |
