Horn Switch: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION

1. CHECK HORN SWITCH.

1. Remove the horn switch.
2. Measure the resistance between horn switch terminal and airbag module bracket.

Preparation tool: Circuit tester






3. If it is out of the standard value by the inspection, replace the driver's airbag module.

2. CHECK ROLL CONNECTOR.

1. Remove the roll connector.
2. Measure the resistance between roll connector terminals.

Preparation tool: Circuit tester






3. If it is out of the standard value by the inspection, replace the roll connector.
