Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

  2. Drain engine coolant. < Ref. to DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT. >
  3. Remove the air intake boot. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Air Intake Boot. >
  4. Disconnect the connector (A) from the engine coolant temperature sensor, and remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.
