Section 10 (Engine Cooling System - Cooling (H4DOTC - 2.5L DOHC Turbo)): Radiator: Installation

Install the radiator lower cushion to the vehicle body.

Install the radiator to the vehicle.
NOTE: Insert the pin on the lower side of radiator into the radiator lower cushion.
Install the radiator upper brackets.
Tightening torque: 12 N.m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.9 ft-lb)

Attach the grille bracket.

Connect the radiator inlet hose.

Connect the connectors of main fan motor connector (A) and sub fan motor connector (B).

Install the reservoir tank. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Reservoir Tank.
Install the air intake duct. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Air Intake Duct.
Lift up the vehicle.
Connect the radiator outlet hose.

Install the under cover. Ref. to INSTALLATION , Front Under Cover.
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the ground cable to battery.

Fill engine coolant. Ref. to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant.
Install the collector cover.
