Engine Oil Cooler: Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

Use new gaskets and O-rings.
Use a new oil cooler hose.
After temporarily tightening the bolts on oil cooler pipe, tighten the bolts in alphabetical order shown in the following figure.

Tightening torque:

T1: 6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

T2: 54 N.m (5.5 kgf-m, 39.8 ft-lb)
