Front Bumper: Removal

Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
Remove the front bumper face assembly.
1. Remove the clips, turn over the front mud guard, and disconnect the fog light connector. (Model with fog light)

2. Remove the clips at the upper side of the bumper.
3. Remove the clips from the fender.
4. Remove the clips at the lower side of bumper.

5. Detach the flange section on the bumper face side from the bracket side front UPR.
  CAUTION: Do not pull forcibly. It may damage the flange sections of the bumper face.

  NOTE: Detach the parts in order from (b) to (e) while pulling up the lower side of the fog light (a).
  Detach the opposite side in the same manner.
Remove the beam COM PL front ASSY.
1. Remove the energy absorber foam.
2. Remove the bolts, and remove the beam COM PL front from vehicle body.

  NOTE: After all bolts are removed, raise the whole beam COM PL front a little to remove it from vehicle body.
Remove the bracket center LWR-front.
1. Release the clips to remove the front under cover.

2. Remove the clip, and remove the bracket center LWR-front.

Remove the bracket side front UPR.
1. Remove the screws.
2. Release the claws and remove the bracket side front UPR.

Remove the bolts and pins, and remove the front fog light assembly.
