Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge: Inspection

Measure the engine coolant temperature gauge resistance.

RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION CHART

Terminals Specified resistance
IGN and GND terminal 208±10 Ω
IGN and UNIT terminal 56±10 Ω
UNIT and GND terminal 264±10 Ω

Replace the engine coolant temperature gauge & fuel gauge assembly if defective.

If OK, replace the combination meter printed circuit.
