A: Removal

Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

Disconnect the connector from camshaft position sensor.

Remove the bolt which installs camshaft position sensor to support.

Fig 3: Locating Camshaft Position Sensor
Remove the bolt which installs camshaft position sensor support to camshaft cap LH.

Fig 4: Locating Camshaft Position Sensor Support Bolts
Remove the camshaft position sensor and the support as a unit.
Remove the camshaft position sensor from the support.
