Output lambda when rear oxygen sensor sub feedback compensation coefficient being at not high limit </= 0.85

Time Needed for Diagnosis:  10 seconds

Malfunction Indicator Light Illumination:  Illuminates when malfunction occurs in 2 continuous driving cycles.
