Intake (Induction) (H4DOTC): Intercooler: Removal

Disconnect the PCV hose from PCV pipe.

Remove the PCV pipe from intercooler.

Disconnect the hose from air bypass valve.

Remove the bolts which secure intercooler to bracket.

Loosen the clamp (A) which connects turbocharger and intercooler duct.
Loosen the clamp (B) which connects throttle body and intercooler.

Disconnect the intercooler duct from turbocharger.
Remove the intercooler from throttle body.
