Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
  2. Lift-up the vehicle.
  3. Remove the under cover.
  4. Disconnect the connector of main fan motor. See Figure.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Remove the air intake duct. See Figure.
  7. Disconnect the overflow hose.
  8. Remove the overflow pipe.
  9. Remove the reservoir tank.
  10. Remove the radiator main fan motor assembly. See Fig 1.
    NOTE: When the main fan motor assembly cannot be installed as is, loosen the sub fan motor assembly securing bolts to install it.
  11. Install in the reverse order of removal. See Fig 1.
