Removal & Installation
- Thoroughly drain brake fluid from reservoir tank.
- Disconnect fluid level indicator harness connector.
- Remove brake pipes from master cylinder.
- Remove master cylinder mounting nuts, and take master cylinder out from brake booster.
- If any damage, deformation, wear, swelling, rust, and other faults are found on the primary piston assembly, secondary piston assembly, supply valve stopper, or gasket, replace the faulty part.
- To install, reverse removal procedures. Tighten the master cylinder mounting nut and the piping flare nut to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
