Removal & Installation

Disconnect battery ground cable.
Lift-up the vehicle.
Remove under cover. See Fig 1.
Disconnect connector of main fan motor. See Fig 2.
Lower the vehicle.
Remove air intake duct. See Fig 3.
Disconnect over flow hose. See Fig 4.
Remove reservoir tank. See Fig 5.
Remove radiator main fan motor assembly. See Fig 6.
NOTE: When the main fan motor assembly cannot be installed as is, loosen the sub fan motor assembly securing bolts to install it. See RADIATOR SUB FAN & FAN MOTOR .
Installation in the reverse order of removal. See Fig 6 and Fig 5 .
