DTC P0111: Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Problem - Forester, IMPREZA 2.5L & Legacy & Outback 2.5L A/T

Perform basic diagnostic procedure. See BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE . If DTCs P0112, P0113, P0116, P0117, P0118 or P0125 exist, diagnose and repair those DTCs. Do not diagnose DTC P0111. If DTC P0111 is only DTC set, go to next step.
Start engine and warm to normal operating temperature. Using scan tool, observe engine coolant temperature. If temperature is between 167°F (75°C) and 203°F (95°C), replace intake air temperature and pressure sensor. If temperature is not between 167°F (75°C) and 203°F (95°C), check for code P0125.
