Removal & Installation (Except Legacy)

1. Lift and support vehicle. Remove differential. See DIFFERENTIAL  . Scribe reference marks on lateral link adjusting cam bolts and crossmember. Unbolt front and rear lateral links from crossmember. See Fig 1 .
2. With differential removed, support crossmember with transmission jack. Unbolt and remove crossmember. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten lateral link bolts with vehicle on ground. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
