Clutch Coil & Bearing: Removal

  1. Using clutch plate holder, remove clutch plate bolt. Using puller and forcing screw, remove clutch plate. See Figure or Figure .
  2. Remove shim(s) and snap ring. On DKV-14D compressors, use pulley puller pilot. On all models, use a puller to remove pulley. Remove screw for clutch coil lead. Remove 3 screws and clutch coil.
