Test I (Code 21)

NOTE: Before proceeding, follow air bag service precautions. See SERVICE PRECAUTIONS  . After repairs are performed, reactivate air bag system. Recheck AIR BAG warning light to ensure system is functioning correctly. See TESTING - SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK  . For SRS connector locations, see Figure .

If Code 21 is present, replace air bag control unit.
